Buying a home out of state can be nerve-racking, we were very fortunate to have Dave. He did a great job with a video walk through for our first showing, being available for every opportunity we had to come to MI and visit, helped us negotiate all of the terms and introduced and facilitated what we needed with local vendors. He even showed up with his own tools to lend us for our move-in day. We can’t thank he and his team enough.
